Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Product
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all power cords, remote controls, and manuals to avoid a restocking fee.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is visible.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device at our service center, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
